Leadership Team

Victor Lemus, President
Victor studied Accounting with a major in Business Administration. Victor has worked in the construction industry since 1995 as a roofing subcontractor for a number of reputable companies. The growing market for roofing and siding business as well as the need for highly qualified personnel with a professional service attitude catalyzed the formation of the Lemus Construction, Inc. in 2007. In the last years, Victor has devoted a great part of his time to develop long-term relationships with manufacturers, to ensure state-of-the-art products and updated training for all crews.

Mario Aguilar, Managing Director
Mario has worked in business administration for the past ten years and in construction for the past five. Mario’s main functions are: estimating the projects, inspecting the jobsites, overseeing the project managers and ensuring we meet and exceed customer’s expectations. Mario also evaluates strategic partnership opportunities with Builders and General Contractors.
